A DAY IN THE LIFE:
As our Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse and distribution center. This position supports inventory management, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and coordination of warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of materials.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
  • Ensure all orders are processed and shipped on time in accordance with customer and company requirements.
  • Loading and unloading trucks and verifying shipments against documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams including purchasing, customer service, and logistics to resolve order or delivery issues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement and order processing.
  • Support training and guidance of warehouse associates as needed.
  • Generate reports on warehouse performance metrics and assist with continuous improvement efforts.
  • Drive company truck to customer facilities to deliver shipments as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Associates degree or actively pursuing one (preferred) in logistics, supply chain or related field
  • 2–5 years of Warehouse or distribution operations experience
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control and shipping/receiving functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
  • Excellent communication and organizational and communication skills 
  • Prior experience with Epicor P21 is a plus 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
WORK SCHEDULE:
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
