About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Development to lead the identification, sourcing, structuring, and execution of M&A deals, joint ventures, and other strategic investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with business units to map strategic opportunities for inorganic growth, assessing acquisition candidates, and leading financial modeling and business valuations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a corporate finance skill set, capable of applying financial and strategic analysis to investment ideas, and with a proven track record in deal execution and project management. The Vice President will also be the lead point of contact for cross-functional planning, due diligence, and integration teams, and will have direct interactions with the CEO, CFO, and Business Unit Presidents. Applicants for the Vice President, Corporate Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or finance, and at least 10 years of deep M&A experience in a comparable corporate development environment, investment banking, or private equity firm. The role demands a candidate with a principal mindset, strong negotiation and deal structuring experience, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong M&A pipelines. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills. An MBA or other postgraduate degree, as well as experience in FinTech, data and analytics, AI, and other technology sectors, is a plus. The role is highly visible and requires a senior executive presence with strong influencing, relationship management, and collaboration skills.
