**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate General Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population during the night shift. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

**Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and notifying appropriate healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide necessary support to enhance patient experience.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols.

**Qualifications:**
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- BLS/ACLS certification.
- Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
