Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to understand design requirements, participate in design reviews, develop firmware, and manage motion, thermal, laser, and light source controls.
• Coordinate with circuit board manufacturers, support production of electronics designs, manage obsolescence of components, and ensure regulatory certifications (CE, NRTL, RoHS).

Desired Skills

Proficiency in analog and digital design, circuit board layout (Altium), troubleshooting, FPGA programming, design for manufacturability, familiarity with IPC-WHMA-A-620A, C/C++ embedded systems programming, HTML5, Texas Instruments RTOS, and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience in electrical engineering design, troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Experience with electrical design tools like Altium and test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters.
• Knowledge of schematic capture and schematics interpretation, SPLC, and SEMI S2 safety compliance.
