Job Description Job Description Contract Patient Care Technician (PCT) - Psychiatric Unit Shifts Available: Day/Evening/Night Shifts (7:00am/3:00pm/11:00pm,8Hrs.) We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Technicians to join our team on a 13-week  contract basis . This role involves caring for patients by directly observing and engaging in activities with patients.  Responsibilities: Measuring and recording vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature. Assisting patients with daily tasks, including dressing, eating, and personal hygiene. Relocating and moving patients as needed for comfort and medical care. Collecting body fluid specimens and performing basic lab work Reporting patients concerns to healthcare providers. Provide emotional support to patients and families throughout treatment. Qualifications: Current and unrestricted PCT/C.N.A. license in the state of employment. Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience as a PCT/C.N.A. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a high-acuity environment .
