• Duties:
- Will address clinical issues/concerns that may arise in a 24-hr period.
- Will be providing supervision/leadership for the current providers, review of potential admission denial (MA requirement), recruitment/retention of providers, participate in meetings and assist in guiding the hospital clinically until a permanent replacement is found.
- Will be assisting in ensuring the current provider are supervised and retained. Additionally, they would be assisting in the interviewing and staffing the hospital on an as needed basis.
• Required Procedures:
- Clinical Areas: Anxiety, Affective, ADD/ADHD, Personality, Psychotic and Organic disorders
- Familiarity With: Involuntary Commitments, Seclusion therapy, Restrain Application
- Treatment techniques: Group therapy, Family therapy, ECT
