Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction and safety. Client retention.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles and products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service at the front desk, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Educate clients on proper aftercare for the service they received.
• Assist with product demonstrations and retail sales of beauty products related to our services offered.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and promote services offered at the salon or spa.

Qualifications

• Certification or license in cosmetology or esthetics is needed.
• Experience in any of the following lash lift, lash tint, full lash sets, waxing, threading, retail sales, eyebrow tints, facials, spray tan or HydraFacial is a need.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Attention to detail and a passion for enhancing client beauty through personalized services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

  Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

  Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
