This environment is one where each patient narrative is honored, and each therapy session is a step towards their unique recovery journey. Your collaboration with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers will yield rehabilitation plans that reflect the individuality of each patient.

We seek individuals for whom occupational therapy transcends mere vocation; we're looking for those who view it as a calling. If the idea of seeing a patient regain their use of an arm, walking with increased autonomy, or finally sharing their story brings you joy, you are precisely the person we're searching for.

Regardless of whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or a recent graduate, the right candidate will thrive in our environment if they bring compassion, determination, and an eagerness to help to every encounter. If the notion of merging high-caliber care with an equally rewarding lifestyle resonates with you, you've found your place.
