Job Summary:
Join an innovative medical technology company focused on empowering healthier lives through early detection, diagnosis, and treatment solutions. This onsite role supports critical lab operations that improve women's health and well-being through science-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cleaning solutions and perform labware sanitation including washing, rinsing, drying, and testing.
Clean and maintain laboratory spaces, including shelves, benches, sinks, and waste disposal.
Transport and dispose of chemicals safely.
Assist in creating device master records and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Apply SOP-based labeling and sample storage practices.
Maintain stock levels of supplies and reagents in the lab.
Operate basic laboratory equipment and conduct decontamination of lab supplies and assay waste.
Support fill and bulk staging activities.
Required Experience:
High School diploma or GED
02 years of relevant experience
Basic understanding of QSR and ISO requirements
Blood Borne Pathogen training
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Exposure to chemical handling
Familiarity with lab documentation practices
Knowledge of basic safety protocols
Required Skills:
Time management
Basic computer knowledge
Understanding of laboratory practices
Preferred Skills:
Record-keeping accuracy
Familiarity with lab instruments
Safety awareness with chemicals and bloodborne materials
Additional Skills:
Label application according to SOPs
Storage of samples
Support for fill and bulk teams
Use of safety shoes with impact and compression protection
Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds
