Job Summary

Are you passionate about fashion and ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic retail environment? We are looking for a responsible and motivated Key Holder to join our team! As a Key Holder, you’ll not only assist customers and ensure an exceptional shopping experience but also take on additional responsibilities like opening/closing the store and supporting daily operations. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to lead by example, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Process transactions accurately (cash, credit, and debit payments) and issue receipts.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide product information and help customers locate specific items.
• Assist with restocking, arranging displays, and light merchandising as needed.
• Opening and/or closing the store.
• Ensuring proper key control.
• Leading floor operations during assigned shifts.
• Supporting sales team leadership and assisting with store procedures.
• Performing cash handling duties and end-of-day register reconciliation

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Proven ability with cash handling and end-of-day register reconciliation.
• Previous key holder or supervisory experience in a retail setting strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead floor operations during assigned shifts, support team members, and ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.
• Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and teammates.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, land handle occasional stock movement.
