*Core Requirements*

· Properly repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards. Ensure that the vehicle is fixed right the first time.

· Vehicle inspections.

· Clear communication of mechanical needs and issues.

· Company and manufacturer training.

· Prior experience and/or education as an automotive technician, dealership experience preferred.

· Expected to have own tools and have experience using provided shop equipment (i.e., diagnostic equipment, alignment equipment, etc.)

· Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

· Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
