POSITION TITLE: Data & Outcomes Manager

FLSA STATUS: Full Time/Exempt
ORGANIZATION MISSION:
The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible, caring citizens.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Chief of Staff, the Data & Outcomes Manager is responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to program outcomes and organizational performance. This role ensures that data-driven insights are used to improve program effectiveness and demonstrate the impact of Boys & Girls Clubs initiatives.

TRAVEL:
Travel may be required to have multiple club facilities throughout Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties for training and/or other business purposes.
