A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:

  • Greet and engage clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Understand client needs and propose signage solutions
  • Prepare accurate quotes and manage job tickets through to production
  • Coordinate with our design and production team to ensure jobs meet specs and deadlines
  • Build strong relationships that turn one-time customers into repeat business

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

  • 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
  • Great listening and organization skills
  • Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
