Creative Project Manager

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite 4 Days/Week – No Exceptions)

Duration: 6-Month Contract | 40 Hours/Week

We are seeking a  Creative Project Manager to join our fast-paced, forward-thinking team in Austin, TX. This is a full-time, onsite role (4 days per week) supporting a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in marketing and branding project management, with a passion for delivering high-impact creative across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage detailed project timelines using Smartsheet, aligning with briefs, milestones, and launch dates.
• Coordinate with brand and creative teams to initiate projects, schedule reviews, and manage asset approvals.
• Track project progress through dashboards and collaborate with the PM team on assignments and resource planning.
• Work cross-functionally with eComm, social, product, and performance teams to gather requirements and feedback.
• Oversee the delivery of marketing assets across multiple channels: email, website, packaging, social, print, retail, and performance.
• Leverage existing templates and workflows to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.

Top 3 Must-Haves:

1. 4+ years of experience in marketing or branding project management.
2. Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Workfront).
3. Background in agency, CPG, or retail environments preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with creative production processes and asset management.
