We're currently looking for a
full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team! If you're a people-person with a passion for animals, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being the friendly face and calming voice clients rely on, you might just be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities: - Warmly welcome clients and their pets with professionalism and empathy
- Answer multi-line phone calls quickly and courteously
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule with precision
- Prepare and maintain patient files and records accurately
- Educate clients on preventive care, including flea/tick and heartworm products
- Answer client questions regarding basic pet care and hospital services
- Process invoices and handle payment transactions
- Manage email, fax, and message communications efficiently
- Support the veterinary team in providing an exceptional client experience
What We're Looking For: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist or CSR preferred (but we'll train the right rockstar!)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy, team-oriented environment
- A compassionate and client-focused attitude
- Comfort with technology, phones, and basic office functions
