Casual Dining & Fast Food – General Manager / Restaurant Manager / Kitchen Manager

Location: All of the Springfield metro
Compensation: Competitive salary + performance bonus 55k to 75k
Employment Type: Full-time

Our portfolio includes both casual dining and fast food concepts , and we’re looking for talented leaders to join our team in General Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Kitchen Manager roles .

As a leader in our organization, you will drive results through team leadership, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction . Whether overseeing the entire restaurant, managing daily operations, or leading the kitchen team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest service and high-quality food.

• Oversee daily operations including staffing, training, inventory, and food safety compliance.

• Manage labor, food cost, and other controllable expenses to meet financial goals.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.

• Recruit, train, and develop team members for growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required (fast food, quick service, or casual dining).

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of food safety, labor laws, and cost control practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.
