What You’ll Be Doing: As a Bartender at Paradigm Shift Brewing, you’ll be the face of our brewery, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving up delicious craft brews and beverages with a smile.
- Handling transactions and ensuring accurate orders.
- Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and stocked.
- Engaging with customers to ensure they have a great time.
- Working weekend shifts as part of our schedule.
We’re not just hiring a Bartender; we’re looking for someone who embodies the spirit of Paradigm Shift Brewing:
- Must be 21 or over (it’s the law!).
- Weekend availability is non-negotiable —our weekends are buzzing!
- No prior experience? No problem! While experience is helpful, we’re happy to work with individuals who are eager to learn.
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
