Job Title: 1st Shift Production Supervisor (Bilingual Spanish)

Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly

Shift: Monday-Friday 5 AM-2:00 PM

Salary: $70K (Direct Hire)

Location: Irvine, CA

Job Overview

We're looking for a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead a team in a manufacturing firm. You'll oversee daily production, ensure safety and quality, and help drive continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow into future leadership roles.

Key Duties

• Supervise and support production team in metal and sheet metal fabrication
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Coordinate with planning, engineering, and other departments
• Monitor production schedules and performance
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed
• Promote a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• Mentor and train team members
• Identify and support process improvements

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of blueprints and production processes
• Good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Commitment to safety and quality
